Through out the day when I've company & quality Time. But evening hours between 4 to 6 are our most fav. one.

I would say the afternoon because I am relaxed and more alert to accomplish tasks and other things.

dusk...I love it when it's night but it's not really that dark yet. I like to watch the sunset and look at the stars.

i agree with chelle. i start to unwind from the day. it's still early enough to do something or just relax until bedtime.
