I have a friend named Aiko, I always thought that was very pretty. Also a woman my husband used to work with is Emiko Satou. I love the name Emiko, I'm not japanese but I did consider using for my first child if he had been a girl. Also I think Amaya is very pretty as well. Out of all these though, I think Emiko is the most beautiful.

I do not like Sakura, it reminds me of a typical anime character and your beautiful baby girl certainly won't be. Kaori is very sweet and Nanami is too. Other Japanese Names: Mai meaning Dancer Nayuki meaning Dreamer Shiroi meaning poetic Kokoro meaning heart; soul; spirit Mikomi meaning Hope Shizuka meaning Quiet one

I like Mirai the best. It's soft and soothing - it's just a great name for a girl. And, best of all, it fits for when the child is young to when she grows to adulthood.
