My cycles are 26 days and I am pretty regular. I was supposed to get my period on thursday, and nothing. Tested negative on friday morning, my period hasn't come yet (I think) and have no symptoms. Today saturday at 6:30 pm, went to the bathroom and when i wiped there was some red-brown discharge, like old blood, so I thought I am having my period, but 15 min. later went to bathroom and nothing, I had sex, and nothing, no blood or anything. My question is, Could I be pregnant or are these signd of period? (My period hasn't come like this before, usually it starts heavy right away).

I don't know nothin' about no period, but I knew a girl who had the HIV and some **** like that started right before she went down hill fast. I mean, whatever, but you shouldn't be having sex with no one. That's probably what got you in this trouble in the first place. I say use the vibrator until you find out what's wrong. No need to take anyone else to the grave with you.

It's possible that you could be pregnant, but also possible that your period is just about to start- it's hard to say as it's basically anyone's guess right now, but I'm leaning towards your period starting.

Sometimes having sex, even if there's no blood present at the time, can sort of "bring on" a period so to speak. I've actually had this happen to me on several occasions. Some spotting afterwards but nothing until the next day or even two days later.

There is a thing called "implantation bleeding" which ocurrs very very early in pregnancy when a fertilized egg has attached itself to the uterine wall, it usually occurs around 7-10 days after conception, but from what I've read online, it's usually a pinkish discharge or pink (new) blood, not brown old blood, and not that many women actually experience it.

This is a hard one to answer- I hate to tell you anything either way really, but I'm leaning towards it being your period. Even women who have very normal cycles can sometimes run a little late from time to time for no apparent reason. Have you considered taking a pregnancy test? You're only a couple of days late, so it might still be too early for a positive result to show up. False positives are very rare but false negatives are quite common due to testing too early.
If I were you I would probably test everyday starting tomorrow until I either got a positive result or got my period.

Best of luck to you! The website below has a TON of information about home pregnancy tests- which brands are most sensitive- when the best time to test is- when the earliest time is- etc etc. Check it out!

Hello there,
this happened to me 2 months ago, i started spotting around a week before my period was due, i got all excited and then guess what? AF arrived just on time! i would say that if your period doesn't arrive in a couple of days, take a test then!!
good luck!

It's possible that you are pregnant. The light spotting could be implantation bleeding, when the egg atatches itself to your uterus. Sometimes even though you've missed your period your HCG [pregnancy hormone] may be too faint to detect in an HPT so you should wait a couple more days and try again. To know for sure get a blood test done. good luck

see your doctor immediately. The symmptoms could be some disease. Let the doctor know so he or she can do the necessary tests so you are sure of what you do have--disease, a baby, or something else.
