Its a strength.
No one can know the entire complete truth about anything. The strength of the scientific method is that as new information comes to light (and is independantly proven to be correct), science adapts and adjusts itself to incorporate the new data. And aside from some questionable practices by a handful of scientists, most scientists accept new data (even when they don't like it).
Unfortunately, for some people this implies chaos, a lack of security or continuity.
But for scientific minds, adaptation and revision as new information is available is completely logical.
Clinging to outdated ideas, especially when new data or theories contradict those old ideas, is not progress.

It's definitely a strength. Science is self-correcting. When new information becomes available we change the way we think. This is how we have been able to become the dominant life forms on this planet. In 1898 the head of the U.S. Patent Office said it should be closed because everything that could be invented had already been invented. Five years later two bicycle mechanics from Dayton, Ohio flew the world's first workable airplane using science that they largely had to invent. Religion, by comparison, allows no room for change and growth which is why theocracies like Iran stagnate. Without western technology they'd still be riding camels and basically living in a medieval existence. Change in scientific theory means that science is alive and well.

othey because when one person proposes a theory, or a law, he doesnt know everything about it. and when other people look at it with a different angel they see something that the first guy didnt see, and they complete the theory. all the theories in physics especially need to modified to be better.
It's a huge strength because if a theory stays wrong then science wouldn't improve.
We improve by changing.

unless it is not proven,it remains a theory and is subject to change. No strength or weakness here when talking about theory. A theory is a theory, right or wrong.

Strength. Adaptation is the key to its selective advantage over dogmatic word views. By design, it conforms to new observations of the world.
