You're getting a lot, but do you have room for all those players on your roster? You'll probably have to drop other players to waivers to make this work.

Who's your TE currently? If you already have a top 5 guy like Gonzales, Heap or Winslow, there's really no reason to do the trade, because the upgrade to Gates isn't that huge. If you're stuck with somebody like Alex Smith or David Martin, then moving up to Gates is worth it.

Maroney is the highest rated RB in this deal, and we don't even know if he can hold up for a full season (he was hurt a lot last year, even sharing with Dillon)

Edge and Deuce are close in value, but Deuce has to share with Reggie Bush.

So in short, if you need help at TE then it's a good deal. Otherwise stand pat.

This is almost right down the line, but I wouldn't accept the trade. If you accepted it, you would get a pretty good tight end and wide receiver out of it, but all of your running backs are not going to get all of the carries. Maroney is one of the best backs in the league and Edgerrin James is supposed to have a much better year this season than last season.

If you have room for these players, accept. You ar giving up two decent RBs for two decent RBs and a starter, B. Jackson, not sure how he wil turn out yet, an elite TE and a solid WR. If the extra players will actually benefit you an won't just wind up on the bench, accept it.

Dont accept that trade. First off you will have to drop a lot of players to get all those players that he is offering you. You will have to drop 3 players. If you have 3 sucking players, dont take any chances and stick with your players. He is giving you crap running backs. So Dont Do it!
