Well im 15 & i was wondering how much money i should hide in my purse in case of emergencys our if i forgot my lunch money? I was thinking 3 dollars is that too little of an amount?Thanks for your help :)

Depends on what kind of emergencies. If you have public transportation where you live, then at minimum you need bus fare. You don't want to carry too much money around because of the risk of theft. I assume you have a cell phone, so if you're stranded somewhere you can phone somebody to pick you up. The 3 bucks might be about right.

I keep 3 singles and fifty cents in my locker for emergencies only. Just in case I forget my lunch or need to take the bus home.

Well 10 dollars, like if you live in the city and need to go on the subway or if you found this really awsome bracelet and there was the last one, and then you can buy it. Or like you said if you forgot your lunch money.
