ok i only saw the end but i saw was this guy like in a little place with some houses and there weas this thing that had like half his lip sewn shut and then the guy was trying to get away from him and he went inside and there was a body with no torso and then he went in this roo to rescue this girl and they couldnt excape and it turned out the girl was a trap and the girl was the messed up things sister and the things name was brother bob and then the body with no torso was alive and they were trying to kill the main character guy so they could use his body for the no torso guy amd then he was trapped and they were about to kill him and he shoved a golf tee in brother bobs eye but the brother bob ate the key to get out of the house so the guy couldnt escape and then he killed brother bob bcs he couldnt see and then he went out side and brother bob came alive and was coming up behind the guy and his friend came in a giant monster truck and ran brother bob over anyone know what it is ???

Was it an Australian movie? In that case it was probably "Bloodlust" (1992).
Not to be confused with movies by the same name, from 1961 and 2004.
On the other hand, I remember the same parts that you do, especially the run over by the monster truck part, and I'm not at all sure that my guess is correct.
Okay, I was thinking of "Monster Man." He gets run over by a monster truck at the end. Several times. Different movie.
