Anywhere; Walmart, if you're on a budget. If not, try JCPenny's, Bed Bath and Beyond, or even Linen's and Things.

I personally own two big, fluffy black towels from Penny's, and they're killer. I hate to use anything else, because they're just so nice and comfortable. :)

in sgpore - chinatown, little india, malay village, clementi, amk, yishun, changi village, chong pang village, woodlands
in paris - printemps, lafayette, neighborhood shops
in london - all supermarts
in china - all street corner shops and street vendors
in thailand - pratunam market and many more
in japan - ginza area - very much $$$

Go anywhere except a grocery store, just clothing store, or resteraunt. Every other place will have them.
