Is there an actual difference in price as in money for supporting a boy or girl? Which sex would cost more or are they the same?

No difference as a baby. Maybe you might spend more on girl's clothes, but that is a cultural thing.

As they grow older, girls tend to spend more on clothes, and boys spend more on sports equipment. But that is a generalization of course.

How much it costs depends upon where you shop, where you live and the cost of living there. It depends upon the insurance plan you have and what doctors in your area charge. It depends upon your choices in schooling etc.

With boys you're helping him buy things for girls.

With girls you're helping them buy things for boys.
