no the average hight of a woman is 5 foot or shorter you are considered taller as for myself im 14 and im 6'7 the normal hight of a fully grown male is 6 foot so you are not short but to some men you are considerd

I am 5'3 also , it kinda is, but I look around and there's shorter women than me out there, so it doesn't bother me.

It's not tall, but there are lots of women who are 5'3".

Yes, but only very slightly. 5'4 is, I believe the average in Western countries, and younger women may be taller, around 5'5
