People, mainly in cities, say that it's wrong to snitch yet complain when there is a killer on the loose and they all know who it is or when there is a thief and they all know who it is? It's a pretty stupid, fearful mentality if you ask me.

ummm thats an interesting question__xxx_but idk some people are scared i guess and then they just keep to themselves__i guess its a matter of _are you a chicken or will you stand up for what is right even if ur standing alone!

I think it starts in childhood when parents say "quit telling on your brother all the time".
I made that up, I really don't know, but you hear about it a lot. "300 witnesses, and nobody saw a thing."
