My fiance took them at home. that way we were able to do more 'intimate' ones. (lol, not gross one or anything .... just more intimate).

My daughter and her handsome husband did, and they were absolutely breathtaking. They were romantic, even. There should be someone in your area known for good photography of children who might also do pregnancy photos.

okay... i'm not pregnant and never have been but a lot of my husband's co-workers have had pictures taken locally and i am a total stalker of the website for the photographer. and i will definitely go to her whenever we decide to have kids.
you should check out her stuff, she is amazing and you may get some good ideas for poses yourself!

I was going to. I waited to long, I was already 40 weeks, I had an appointment the afternoon the day I was induced. I didn't know I was going to get induced that morning, it was due to medical reasons.
