1. Anxiety can be getting so nervous about something you worry about it for days before and when it actually happens you mess it up because you are so nervous and anxious.

2. Anxiety can be managed by deep-breathing.

I've dealt with anxiety since I could remember... I had low self confidence because of anxiety. But if you want the definition and meaning Anxiety is basically a state emotion feeling etc etc of nervousness and feeling something bad might happen to you or a friend or whatever. I'd suggest watching Eckhart Tolle or someone! He talks about how to gain self confidence in life and how to be creative! Hope this helps!

1. I knew that "first" time at sex was going to happen. I worried about performing.

I'm currently observing a person who poses questions on Yahoo to get their homework done. This person is very anxious to not screw it all up.

2. This anxiety can be managed by actually relying on yourself.

I have it myself.
Execessive worry.
Fear.

I get headaches, physical chest pains, tension, trembling, wanting to throw up, etc.

I really dont know how to fix it.
