because i really want to get a DisneyChannel Audition

It is a formal list of your name and your contact phone and your vital stats and all the shows you have been in , the professinal classes you have taken and your special abilities.

If you dont know what a resume is, you are not going to get an audition. Sorry. See examples at theactorsmarket.com
