the only way that the children could be taken away from her is if she was proven unfit by a judge, just because she moved to another house doesnt make her unfit, she's going through a divorce, shes not under "house arrest" she has the right to do as she pleases with in the boundries of the law and theres no law against her moving to a different house..

Just make sure that you get everything you do in writing and get everything you do with a wittness also. I say this because I am live in Arkansas. I know how much of this state works. I guess it all depends on where you live and the city govt. But if the city govt. is anything like the town where I live then watch out, it all depends on who you are, and who your parents are.Watch out because if they get it out for you then you bet they can make up lies and do anything they want to cause you all kinds of problems. It would be very wise of you to make sure that you do not go out during this time while you going through this Divorce. Always carry a taperecorder with you at all times during this time and always carry a vedio camera with you to. A witness is always better though. . And watch out for the city govt and whoever the prosecutor is because, if they like your husband more then you, then you bet they, and I believe this with all my heart, will do anything to you, wheather it be ileagal or not. And they can get away with it to because they are all kissing eachother you know what. They stick together like thiefs do. You have to be smarter then them and not allow them to make you to mad and to be a Christain so that you can handle the injustice at all times because, not even the FBI could help you with your kids here in this state if they wanted to do something. Because they are all one. This is how it is. I think. I know. So sorry. Just plan on leaving as soon as you can with your kids with you. Get out of the state so that you cannot be attacked. Some of these Arkansas people say they are Christains but, I have seen and dealt with some of them to and trust you me, some of these people in Arkansas are pure evil that are all in cahoots with eachother. So remember if your husband is someone like an Attorney or a prosector in Arkansas then it is best that you move away with your children as soon as possible so that you can get a fair day in court, if that was to come up for you. Because I feel like here in Arkansas Jim Smith is kissing John Smiths right cheek so much that he knows what color it is. Ok good luck to you because you probally will need it if you stay in this state. Also, there are many good people here to. You just have to look a little harder to find them.lol God Bless
