Day by day our bowling department becomes bad to worse now worse to very worse. Indian population is 100 crores, but Bcci still unable to produce 4 bowlers genuine wicket taking, match winning, run containing bowler. is utter shame. Zaheer, RP Singh, Agarkar, chawla fit for nothing. What happen to munaf patel, L.Balaji, T.Kumaran, and other fast bowler. Worst team management is BCCI

We have Anil Kuble. But i agree that BCCI is a bunch of jokers that are doing nothing for India cricket. They just know how to make money

India has decent bowling, but it is not competitive enough to
win like the Aussies do. Unfortunately, these days there is
hardly any emphasis on bowlers as the game has shifted
towards the batsmen. Hence the pitch and conditions do not
help the bowlers. Rarely we see like 1 in 10 matches help
bowlers and our bowlers have done well.
In order to develop bowlers of McGrath, one needs to build
confidence in the culture and work hard building your body
and applying the right techniques. As soon as our bowlers
get into the rhythm, they get injured and they lack physical
strength and stamina. Good examples are Munaf, Balaji,
Nehra, and many more.
In our life time we have one pace bowler(Kapil) and that may
be it, unless attitude and mental toughness with stamina is
created. But overall, it is not the bowling that needs attention,
the fielding is horrible. With Kaif, Raina dropped we have
Yuvraj who can do some decent fielding.
So India has a long way to go to win any world cups.

I think McGrath and Shane Warne are Australians.
BCCI did not produce even a Kapil Dev, All these were self-made bowlers and great in their own respect. So too others in the future would be.
BCCI is just a body which organizes things in Cricket in India. I never heard of any Dalmias or Sharad Pawars ever had/could give birth to McGraths or Kapil Devs.
And each other names you listed here, Balaji, Kumaran and so on are best too-- in their own respect on their own day. That is all they can do and they did that. It is over for them. Shane could do a bit more and Murali a bit more and they would stop one day too and hang their boots.
Why blame BCCI for their failures or praise BCCI for their success? I don't believe in BCCI's interference in bringing out a great all rounder or batsman or bowler. Take for instance Sachin Tendulkar did ever BCCI taught him how to bat? Never!!!
ACB or PCB or BCCI is good only for organizing the tours and selecting people; they cannot teach to be or make one GREAT!. They at the best only can acknowledge skills like Kapil or Sachin or Sunil or Imran or Lara and keep them moving ahead in their achievements.

Don't worry about BCCI or Indian cricket team. I am just sending a letter immediately for appointing you as the consultant. But then I am just afraid if that consultant post also comes after 100 years what should I do?
BCCI team and ICL team both are very likely to play each other and I think we are going to have 5 bowlers from BCCI and 5 bowlers from ICL out of which one bowler will be matching to Mcgrath and Shane Warne. You have actually WARNED but even this idea takes 100 years what should I do? It is an idea of BCCI & ICL. Let them work. We have to WAIT & WATCH AS
OUT ------- STANDING (staying outside BCCI & ICL) SPORTS WIZARDS for 100 years.

we can not make copy of mcgrath & warne. Indian bowlers should create their own identity .
Lets look at their chances:
ZAHEER -Most experienced but need some spark
SriSanth - Improving with experience. Agressive, good pace
Agarkar- Expensive but wicket taking.Need some discipline
Munaf & Irfan -Young stars of future
powar & chawla - Following Kumble's footsteps
Harbhajan- Form is temporary, class is permanent
Its a bright future ahead

Indian bowlers are uncut diamonds which need to be polished. It's just that they do not train one set of bowlers but go for a change every series

what share tremendous leg spinner performed the interest from 1877? 6 or 7. so if we divide 133 with the aid of 7, than cricket produces one tremendous leg spinner in 19 years :D so we could desire to continually wait atleast 10 years to be certain magic of leg spin ;)

india have always produced great batsmen, good spinners, but i guess the reason why they have not dominated world cricket is that they dont produce enough high quality pace bowlers.
i guess i wouldnt want to be steaming in on a 45 degree day on a flat calcutta wicket, out of choice either. i think they need to produce more wickets conjusive to pace bowling, to encourage it a bit more.
is this true?

Do not worry - Good players ,bowlers and batsman will come.
And future victories will depend more on team work than on individual brilliance.
