Chopped up boiled eggs of course, mayo, sweet relish, 1/2 an onion chopped up, a little bit of mustard, bacon bits (or crumbed up real bacon that I cooked in advance), salt, pepper. After the salad is all mixed up and ready to serve, I also sprinkle some bacon bits on top.

Of course you start with boiled eggs, then fine diced onion, yellow mustard, Mayo/ salad dressing. Salt and white pepper, Mix throughly .The amount depends on the number of eggs you use. Start with a little , you can always add.
