I am registered to be one when I die. I have my own personal reasons for doing this, and why not help someone else live? And let's be realistic: what use would you have for the organs anyway? You'll be dead.

This is the deal I am looking into. There is a place that will come to get you after you pass, take whatever they can use to help others and then cremate you and return you to your family at no fee. It need further review but considering it.

No, the goodwill wouldn't take it. The salvation army did take my old piano, though.

Oh, you meant internal organs? Sure. I won't be using them if I am dead, now will I.
