I have comcast cable and i just need to know the best card i can use that has a cable jack.

A video card does not let you capture TV on your computer-a tuner card does-Hauppauge and ATI both have such tuner cards. You can also recod to your hard drive for later playback. If you have XP or Vista media center, you want to get a card that is compatible with media center, incliuding the remote control.
