B vitamins, especially B-1, put an odor on the human body that mosquitoes can't tolerate. B vitamins are found in beans, brown rice, whole grains and in vitamin supplement tablets. Once the vitamins are in your system, they will no longer want to munch on you. Try the B vitamins though. I take a B vitamin complex and it does work. Those vampire mosquitoes won't touch you anymore!!!

They have not been that bad here this year. Where I lived in upstate NY they were horrible. The B vitamin idea is a really good one. I have also heard that garlic is good to deter mosquitoes. Maybe they are part vampire.
Peace.

Uhuh, a lot. I live in the tropics and the weather today is unusually warm so there are more mosquitoes than usual. It's really had to fend them off.

THEY LOVE ME !
We have to fan the air like idiots going in or out of the door and the little vampires still 'ride on in ' and sit in wait for an unsuspecting sucker to let down her guard !
