I need awesome ideas for my daughter's 13th bithday party. She likes themed partys and sleepovers. All i could think of was a fiesta and she said as a last resort.
AND.....
I also need games and activites for the party so please help me with that too!!!

have a dance party/sleepover the dance party should be for boys and girls you can play slow music and hip hop like gwen and fergie i love that music since your daughter is turning 13 she is a teen know so she should have some adult time and practice talking to boys and the sleepover part of the party should be for girls only so they can talk about what a great time they had and before the party take her out to buy a cut dress or outfit and tell her that if she gets a boys phone number its all right with you because she should be able to go out if shes a teen so good luck with the party and god bless you!!!!!!

Parties get harder and harder to plan as they get older.
Is it going to be only girls? If so, you should consider having a "spa" party. Teenage girls love to feel pampered (actually we all do!)
Tell the girls to bring a bathrobe, slippers, and their favorite nail polish. Give them all the supplies to have facials, manicures, pedicures. Let them do each other's hair (sometimes you find great hairstyles this way). Then rent a good movie to watch while gossiping about boys. Go for a real romantic and sad one.
If it is a co-ed party, consider having it somewhere other then home. They need a little independance on their 13th birthday. So find out where they like to hang out and take them there to celebrate. My daughter's friends love their local roller rink. That's a great place to go with boys and girls.
The best advice I can give is to let her take some control over what she does. She knows what kind of day will be cool versus what we think would be cool. Sometimes the most understated themes turn out to be the best birthday.

Boy / Girl sleep-over someone suggests ?? Sweet H-E double toothpicks NO !!
My daughters 13th was August 23rd... we roasted a large pig and had many side-dishes... invited the neighbors. The KIDS had music and video, but under adult-supervision. The Kidss were sent home at 11pm.
We had Karaoke (?) for an activity... as well as a PG movie early on.
KIDS are KIDS !!

hi. im 13 and i always have fun at parties based on a movie. It could be her favourite movie or one all her friends like.
