She'd certainly be more diplomatic than Dick Cheny! Imagine it, Obama-Oprah 2008. Do you think he or she would even consider it as a possibility? Only problem is, we have to live with the idea of her becoming president if Obama kicked the bucket.

Great. As long as they run in another country. That's all we need is a ticket with two people with no leadership experience and one who cares more about children in Africa than she does the children in her own country.

I think it would be fantastic to have the two of them in office together however, Oprah has made it very clear that she has no interest in ever running for any political office. I don't know why you added that comment about us having to "live with her becoming president if Obama kicked the bucket." Isn't that the whole point behind having a V.P. And why would you want Oprah to run at all if you could not envision and support the idea of her becoming our President. I think she would be a terrific President, but as she has pointed out, it would greatly limit her in terms of the overall good she can do in the world in her current standing. I am a huge Oprah fan, as if you can't tell. I think she is possibly already the most power full woman in the world so therefore, I would not want to box her in by putting her in office, even if she were willing to run.
