I have to write a paper on how the board game Monopoly encourages skills and values. And I am completely stumped at the intro. :(
A little help? I just need an attention grabber, or something to pull the reader into it.

Tell them a fictitious story about how Donald Trump got started.. that he started with the board game and that Manhattan Island is his new board with which he plays on.

Economics 101 in a board game, 1/10 the price, 1/10 the time and an education better than most. Be 'the' tycoon, own the world, play Monopoly, the board game of life and high finance.
Is that what you had in mind or do you want to tone it down?

Try starting off with something about how it is an age old and classic game that has been around for _____ years and continue on from there.

P.S. - a snack ( ice cream, chips and a coke... ect. ) usually helps writers block if it happens again or do something to relax your mind and something will come to you eventually.
