For the first answer I have no problem with jobs, but big companies need to stay out of politics and worry about running there business. And they should pay just as much taxes and if they did there would be a hole lot more money, billions for good use.

I support Obama and my biggest reservation about him is that he has really put to much on his plate. That he would have to almost work day and night to get even half of what he wants to accomplished done. Yet, his position on immergration is far to soft for me. I understand we are not having enough babies to ensure a solid tax revenue but he needs to be stronger on the issue. Knowing better than I he is aware that Bush will leave the White House in total chaos, the economy in a wreck and foreign affairs in shambles. That there are racist men and women in congress as well as all levels of government that will attempt to block his plans and halt any advancements he may make. That some white self hating racist will attempt to assassinate him or do him harm. That he may not be strong enough to face the onslaught of disrespect and unfounded hatred from within.

I couldn't agree more, but the solution to the problem isn't to pass more laws for the lawyers (oops I mean politicians) to get around, the solution is to stop voting for corrupt politicians. That's why I'm voting for Ron Paul, I think he'll make a huge difference. The media is scared of him, and that couldn't be a clearer sign that he's bad for lobbying (since most media is owned by mega corps). :)

Yes.
You people that Hate Big Business and Employers, always leave out Big Labor.
As a Union Member, I find that interesting.
Our union dues are taken from us and divided up between Corrupt Union Bosses, Organized Crime, and the Democrat Party.
But "you people" just Hate Employers, the people that give us jobs.

I wonder if any of you that Hate Employers, even work for a living.

Some Lobby Groups are phonies, like the AARP and the AFL/CIO.
The AARP is nothing but an Insurance Company. They are phonies.
The AFL/CIO represents our corrupt Union Bosses, NOT WORKING PEOPLE.

Who do lobbyists Represent??
You & Me, and everyone Else.
Each of us have 10 to 50 different lobby groups respresenting us.
(Even though we never wanted them too.)

I agree, but you'd also have to get past the Unions to get the power back to the workers.
Unfortunately, the workers for the most part, wouldn't give up their union jobs because of the cash for life policy in the contracts their unions manage to negotiate for them.
You'd have to arm yourself for that fight.
Oh yea, and the Union bosses. "dey don have to tell you whadeydo."

I fear that we're beyond the point of no return in regaining our government. We are a small percentage that even have half a clue as to what's really going on inside the beltway! By the way I am THE ALL AMERICAN!!!!

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the anwser above mine.

If you are really serious, start a campaign to abolish political parties, lobbing and campaign contributions. If the government pays for campaigns, then there's no one other then the common man to be loyal to. Remember, you don't bite the hand that feeds you.
