my pc computer got dropped when we moved and my sound card plus the place you plug the internet into the computer the ent hole it broke too so i was wondering if i could use my lap top parts for it

PCI network cards are quite inexpensive. Sound cards have a big price range, but you might not need much.

no. the laptop's parts are 'onboard' - soldered to the motherboard. you'd have to carefully break the solder points w/o damaging the contacts - and even then, it's useless to your desktop unless it also had 'onboard' for these, and you broke those solder points w/o damage, then soldered these in place - virtually impossible.
