married 8 years ago, trying to get a divorce they moved back to indonesia i cant find them.. any suggestions no kids, property etc.

I've heard most states will let you pay for the divorce............of course, they'll do anything as long as they make money.
But I've heard after paying for the divorce, you can get away with running an ad in your local paper for like 30 or 60 days.

File a divorce proceeding with your county-tell them you are having difficulty tracking the other half down. They will place an ad in the local paper with the court date. Thats all you gotta do. If he/she doesn't show-you'll still get your divorce.

File for a missing spouse divorce an the court clerk willlet you know what you have to do. You wll get your divorce this way although it may take a little while longer but will get it, no problem

try a lawyer but there is a way with formal publication in the newspaper that can act as proper notice to the ex, in regard to granting a divorce

I think you can get a divorce on the grounds of desertion if he left you and walked out on the marriage and you have had no contact with this person.

contact an attorney. he can tell you what to do. there is usually a time limit involved.
