if you say life isn't a miracle but just blind chance, then you should study the anthropic principle and reconsider.
if you say that life is a miracle, then why does our society treat pregnancy like an STD?

we are all winners. 1st prize in a race to the egg against 10 billion others.

the society happened to run out of trophies for the winners so they barred the race for awhile.

I know that life is a miracle. All that I can do is agree with you. It is by chance that the "egg" and the "sperm" of which I consist, "made it" this far. Society treats an "STD" like a pregnancy and that is "unfair." I know that a pregnancy is a gift from God and the "odds" are against most of the "sperm" connecting with an "egg." On the other hand, a sexually transmitted disease (STD) is an offense to God and is transmitted in a filthy way from one scourgeful person to another. In other words, folk who deal with "unprotected sex" with multiple, willing partners. Sometimes though, an "innocent person" unknowingly has been the recipient of these horrible diseases. Remember this, What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with BENEFITS, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. Peace, Love and God Bless.

Re life a miracle: my old mom (now died) used to say her kids were all miracle babies, because she wasn't supposed to have children but did anyway, which nearly killed her each time. I appreciate life myself, quite a bit.

Re abortion: if the second birthing had killed my mom, she wouldn't have been able to actually 'have' that first baby as her baby to raise... it's a thorny issue. What with violent crimes against women as well, those that lead to pregnancy, I think we have to leave a way for women to take care of themselves legally, so they don't die in some quack's hands.

Yes, life is a miracle!

Life is short of miracles. Had it been a miracle as what we think then life will be as easy as A, B and C alphabets. Our society is us. It is men and women from different walks of life composes the society. Like man, like state.. societies are made out of the human natures which are in them, the society is what it is because the citizens are what they are.

Life is an amazing fact but I believe that the real miracle is a happy life. There aren't too many of those around.

After seeing a baby being born, I'd say it was definitely a miracle.

For a lottery winner, life is a miracle.
For a bagger, there's no miracle.
Life is a miracle or not depends on what happens to your life.

Life is a miracle. We must enjoy it and celebrate it.
We must give thanks to God everyday for such a gift.
I have never see my wife so beautiful as the time she was pregnant (I have two great boys). We must encourage family union and We must respect life.

THOSE WHO SAY LIFE IS A COSMIC ACCIDENT HAVE NOT LOOKED AROUND TO SEE THE MIRACLES THAT SURROUND THEM. WAKE UP PEOPLE AND SEE THINGS FOR WHAT THEY ARE THE CREATION OF AN OMNIPOTENT GOD.
