Whether the child is alive or dead, they should still be looking for her.
INTERPOL would be a start.

It's quite disturbing to find many of you say "they won't find her" or "a dead body you mean"....
So what? Because you think she is dead they should stop looking?
WHAT IF SHE IS ALIVE and being held by / passed through a paedophile ring? How will you feel about the parents then? How ashamed will you feel that you didn't just answer "yes they should be looking" or "no I think they are not looking"....
I often wonder what the average age of posters is on here, and I'd hazzard a guess of about 21

i agree, they should look until they find her, or else find out from whoever where she is. if that child is no longer alive i hope to god she gets the dignity of being brought back to those who love her. its easy to scrap about the parents, but when you stop and consider the little girl its heartbreaking.

How do you know they are not looking?
Who gave you the right to demand things from the Portuguese Police when they have done more for this little girl than they have done in the past for portuguese missing kids?
Why don't you get YOU go and look? They are doing such an awfull job apparently, surely you could do better.

I have read some of your posts here and can assure you that would prefer to read any post by a 21 year old than reading the kind of garbage you come up with.

Who gave the McCann's the right to leave 3 children all under the age of 3 alone while they drank there way through bottles of wine and had a great time at the tapas bar ??????
the mccanns werent bothered about there kids on the night in question but they want the world to be bothered now she is missing/dead there asking alot......
kate says no i never gave my kids drugs

they werent in pain and if they were why on earth would you leave your children in pain????
the police have nothing to go on all evedence found is blood that to me looks like she is dead and where would you want them to start looking? it would be like a dog chasing its tail they could be search a 10 mile circle and while there searching the kidnapper could be moving her somwhere els it would be a pointless search..and as the mccanns want everything to be high profile the police could not search in private because kate and gerry wanted to know everything that went on so they new if the police were getting closer to finding them out
think about it this way her eye very few children have this... if she is in a forigine counrty she will stand out like a sore thumb she is whiter than white no tan nothing so why has she not been seen? not counting the sighting where no one was 100% sure and anyone who seen madeline would call her name would they not.....
mabe the parents should have done more instead of pointing the finder at the police and anyone els involved in the case

Well the police have now stop looking coz they beleive that Maddie was dead before Kate and Gerry made a report that her child gone missing coz the have now confirm that Maddie blood was found in apartment and back boot of the car.

They should keep looking whether they think she is still alive or dead. There needs to be some sort of closure on this. It is important not to give up looking.

Why are people deluding themselves? They have DNA evidence from the Science Lab in Birmingham, England. Fact. The biggest smoke screen that someone can put up to say that they havent killed somebody (accidentally or otherwise) is to say that they believe that they are still alive.

Finding the perpetrators is part of looking for Madeline too. They've searched the surroundings extensively, and didn't find her. Only the guilty one(s) can tell where she is.

Let us be real here they will probably never find her . I hope they do though . I still think Kate and Gerry had something to do with it .Okay I am 46 yrs old and dont have grand kids but am a pretty good judge of character

I don't think they'll find her to be honest.
It appears that the Police are trying to get a confession off Kate or off Gerry.
