white cm a week after ov?

Question

I ovulated last week...I have been having period cramps this week, but VERY lightly and shooting pains in my breast/nipples too...the past 2 days I've been getting a white discharge in my underwear..enough that I need a panty shield. I'm not due for my next period til 9 days from now (according to mymonthlycycle.com), since I am have a 30 something day cycle. What do you think its white stuff is I keep getting it's its kinda like creamy looking I guess u can say.

I'm really sure I ovulated then..

cuz I was having this cm last wk...and it stopped a few days now its here again but heavier that's what confuses me

I was taking my temps and it followed thru....showing me that I ovulated last wk...:o/

I hope I don't have a yeast infection :o(...Ima need to find out just incase..

For many woman it takes a while after ovulation for their cervical mucus to "dry up" totally so you might have some discharge even a week after ovulating.

However, if this creamy discharge is something you don't ever remember seeing before in your cycle then it could be a yeast infection.

There is ALSO a possibility that you did not ovulate when you thought you did. Sometimes you have a late cycle and a false ovulation (i.e. some apparent signs of fertility but no positive signs after the fact). In that case, the discharge you are seeing now could actually be due to a late ovulation. (Or it is also possible to ovulate twice in one cycle). Ovulation might also explain the mild cramps and breast sensations. These are also very common during the release of the egg.
