It will not add one dime to the appraisal. Landscaping has very little value because it is perishable. Appraiser don't go around the house and add up the cost of plants. but it does give the home curb appeal and may make it sell faster.

Curb appeal is the process of making your look more spacious or attractive to buyers or renters. It can help facilitate a deal but would not have a material impact on an appraisal, its more about packaging.
An Appraisal is a function of determining the financial value of a property so that it may be priced or taxed accurately. Its more about evaluating.

YES! Curb appeal will either make buyers keep on driving, or want to stop and check out the house. You also get a pretty decent return on the money you spend, so the house WILL increase in value because it looks like it's been properly maintained and is easy on the eye.
If the landscaping is bad, they'll think you've neglected the entire house and won't want to even look at the house, no matter how great it is on the inside.

Curb appeal and cleanliness of your interior exterior etc.. will have no effect on your appraisal, however if you are going to sell you would obviously want to spruce things up. For an appraisal for refinancing or equity loan I would'nt bother, unless it is something you want to do.

There is not a place that the appraiser writes down something like that but the truth is if the appraiser likes your house it will have a higher value than if he doesn't like your house.

It probably wouldn't affect an appraisal, but if you're trying to sell or to rent the property, might make that easier.

Everything count, trust your own judgement. Appraisal it is just the starting point. Would people buy and want to pay more than asking price it is possible, depend on the competition isn't it? need more explanation and eleborate let's me know!
