I could imagine he would have to take Testosterone. If he did not he would suffer from various health issues.
I don’t know anyone that ever mentioned being in that situation. I suppose it could happen in the war?

not yet. shld be as normal as u n me. in olden days, slaves were neutered and in china tons who serve the emperor were too. the great chinese admiral who traveled the world in the 14th century was neutered and look at his achievements. it makes u be focused and disciplined.
