I have a Wal-Mart about 3 blocks from where I live. I go there so often the employees who man the exit doors don't even look at my receipt any more. They just wave us on.
I've had some REALLY bad experiences there, usually with the employees.
I once went there looking for a stylus for my Palm Pilot. I asked the person in the electronics department if she knew if they had any. She said "A WHAT??" So I pulled out my palm pilot and said "A stylus for this" and I mimicked writing with one. She looked at me again and said "Oh, one of those plastic pen things?" I said "Yes, one of those" She said, "we don't have them." Of course, I also had almost the exact conversation with someone in Best Buys. So much for the "geek squad" hehe

I had two women actually get into a physical altercation right in front of me over the last roll of paper towels that were on sale. They were both cursing at each other and pulling on the roll like a couple of rednecks! I despise Wal Mart!

Well I guess it's just a matter of opinion. Wal-mart here in LAfayette, IN is a nice place to go. I've lived here my whole life and it all depends on what you like and where you go. Not every Walmart is the same!!! We have a town about 15 miles from Laf. and their Walmart SUCKED!!! I personally like walmart!!

I've had some doozies at Wal-Mart. Funny how I can't remember. You know the amnesia that follows trauma. The cart must have been going really fast.

My worst, evening experience, was about an hour ago, I actually came out of Wal-mart, and did not buy one thing. That is unbelievable, even for me.
Have a nice evening. LOL

I fell on a puddle of water right in front of the checkout counters on my way to the Customer Service desk. Everyone saw me, but none of the employees came over to see if I was alright.
I was holding my daughter's hand, so she, too, fell. And we hit the floor hard, too! I got up, went over to the Customer Service desk and proceeded to ***** out the manager. Why'd they leave a mess on the floor, and how come their retarded employees just stood there slack-jawed looking at me and my daughter while we were lying on the floor? My daughter's arm was swollen, and I broke my shoe. My hip was bruised to hell the next day, too. When I started yelling and making a scene, someone finally came over to see if we were ok. ******* idiots. They bought me new shoes and paid for me to have my hair done. I should have sued them.
