Batista confirmed on his website and on ESPN that he isn't suspended. If he was suspended, he wouldn't have appeared on TV this past Friday.
Ashley isn't suspended either. It is just a storyline to get her suspended cause she was selected to do Survivor: China

High Flyer is right, but most have been suspended. Orton was already suspended for this before, so he already got punished.
Regal no longer wrestles, and Edge is injured.
But have you noticed how Umaga lost his IC title and got destroyed by HHH. He'll be out of action. Did you notice Chavo lost an I Quit match, supposedly getting injrued. Did you notice Morrison lost the ECW title. Mr. Kennedy was believed to be Mr. McMahon's son. Maybe they altered the storyline so that he wasn't.
They are getting rid of those guys one by one.
