I have a 75 gallon tank with a scopas tang already and I want a Sailfin tang will they fit? From what I've heard they will fight if there is not enough room. Is 75 gallons enough room?

Tangs Usually fight if not added at the same time
BUT
I had a Yellow tang in my 75gal Reef tank for about 5 months before deciding to add a Powder Brown tang, The Yellow went after the Powder Brown for about 15min, until the Brown decided that he had enough and Kicked A#* for about 2 minutes.
They are now like best friends, They School together, Eat out of my hand Together, Sleep in the same cave together and have never fought since the first 20min. or so.
I made sure that the Brown was a Little bigger than the Yellow.
When adding another tang, you ARE taking a chance but you NEVER know, they might fight all of the time or they might not even fight at all???
The only positive way to find out is to try it and KEEP a net handy.
DON'T let them fight for days but DO give them a chance to decide who's the boss.

A seventy 5 gallon is small for tangs..they are swimmers and prefer a great number of swimming room ,and tangs are competitive to different tangs,The smaller the tank the greater the aggression.a larger tank you might have greater advantageous than one tang.I even have a one hundred thirty five gallon with 3 tangs in it.

Generally it's a bad idea to mix members of the same family in saltwater tanks. The marine fish tend to be fairly aggressive/territorial, and any fish they see as a "rival" will be picked on. They're both quite active fish (as are any of the tangs), so the size of your tank is only enough for one "territory" for them - both species will get around 1 foot as adults. The sailfin should also have a 125 as a minimum tank size.

Try it and see -- but keep the net handy for quick pull up.
