I'm looking for a Bible devotional or devotional-ish book for my 15-year-old brother...something that's cool without trying too hard, and that he'll like to read. Any good suggestions?

Take a look at Revolution Devotional, God allows U-Turns for Teens, or Great Adventures.
Go to CBD.com (Christian Book Distributors). They have a whole slew of teen devotionals. You can read an excerpt of many of them.

Guideposts publishes a magazine for Teens called Sweet 16 that looks pretty cool. See first source below.
More to your question though, Daily Word has published a devotional for Teens "Daily Word for Teens" that is upbeat and not too heavy. Here is the link::
