It is a fake fake.

It is away of saying that this fakery is a poor quality sham, so it really is so.

That is a comment Woody Allen says in "Bananas"

A sham is a fake, and a facsimile is a copy. So, it means a copy of a fake.

First, what's a facsimile?
Then figure out what a "sham" is...
then you'll have your answer.

Dictionaries are marvelous books.
Short of that, use you thesaurus on your word processing software.

Facisimile: Copy/Duplicate -One meaning
Sham: -Multiple meanings

If I were to guess, someone uses that phrase to belittle another by meaning "you resemble a faker". There are so many coined meanings for "sham", it's hard to know which meaning it truly dictates. It doesn't mean anything good, that's for sure.
