Old Disney Channel movies?

Ok, there are 3 different movies that I just cannot remember the names to. I will give a description of each.

1. Two sisters are kinda rivals, one is smart and the other is popular. they wish on a shooting star and switch places for like 1-2 days then switch back.

2. These two kids are fishing in a river and they catch this old bracelet, which brings back the ghost of this girl who died like more than 20+ yrs ago.( i think ) coming home from a dance or prom or something like that in a car crash. and the children befriend the ghost and they try to figure out something like who killed her.(im not sure)

3. there are these 2 orphan twins, and when they put their hands together this purple light emanates from them touching. they run away and go to this mountain that looks like a witch and all of the people there end up finding long lost siblings. (ie. i vaguely remember something like a rich man meeting his brother who is homeless or something)
