Punitive damages. In same states you can file a civil case for, Alienation of affection, adultery, and a few other things. Each states has different laws, but when a judgment is ordered, it is punitive damages.

It is known as alination of affection and is no longer allowed in court. Courts no longer recognize it since they no longer recognize adultery as grounds for divorce.
