I think it depends on the person, but I get them every month after my period. Just try stretching and take some motrin if they really bother you.

Yes absolutely. These are post menstrual symptoms. It is perfectly normal. It happens to most people. Well most women. Good luck in life hon! ☺

erm...wel i never had had cramps after my period just a day before and then some during my period!

Cramps can come from eating dairy products if u r lactose intolerant.
