Depends. Do you have kids? Have you been with him a long time? Is he sorry-truly sorry? Has he cheated before? When you're very young, everyone says divorce, as you get older and understand commitment, there's a lot more involved. There is nothing worse that a cheat, unless it's a cheat and a liar. Those people throw out trust and sometimes don't understand that it's pretty tough to get it back. And they usually don't understand that your feelings, once betrayed, will never be the same again. It's a hard call and certainly one each individual has to make for themselves. Is your relationship worth the work it will take? And will both of you be working to make it work? If your relationship is new and he is cheating already, get rid of him and look for someone that will treat you like you deserve to be treated. Years ago an aquaintance of mine got back from his honeymoon and was bragging to everyone but his new wife how he made it with a girl in a cabana on the beach--on his honeymoon. It took her two children and many years to realize what a loser he truly was. Why do cheaters get married?

I'd probably feel nauseous and go throw up.
Then I would get really mad and throw a fit, screaming and crying.
Then I would ask lots of questions and want to know if he is sorry and if he still loves me.
If he does then I would be willing to try to make things work, for the sake of the children.
I believe that it takes two when someone cheats, even though he cheated I may have been neglecting him in some way.

I am probably will feel very devastated, miserable, and betrayed. But I will never give him another chance. I 'll try to move on. Because fool me once is shame on you,but fool me twice??? I think there is a reason that he cheated on me the first place. Instead of sort thing out with me, but he turned to someone else...If he do it once, he will do it again. And I don't want to give him that chance to hurt me all over again.

Pack his crap in garbage bags, haul it to his honey's house, throw it on her porch, go home and change the locks. It works like a charm, plus I was free to actually have a real life! : )

This happened to a co-worker. She opted not to divorce him. She preferred to make his life a living hell - which she did until she decided to forgive him. He's never strayed again.
