In UK - we don't get a choice - plastic. But I would choose paper if we had the choice.

If you mean money, then paper... I don't use credit cards at all. If you mean shopping bags I carry a gym bag with me when I go shopping. Plastic bags aren't environmentally friendly (polythene actually).

We only are offered plastic.
If I had a choice though, it would be plastic as I reuse them for numerous things around the house.
