I think flirting is necessary. I mean sometimes that person your flirting with may have had an otherwise horrible day and there you are to save the day or viceversa....it's fun....it's harmless...it makes people feel good........so go do some flirting

i think of flirting has greater to do with physique language and displaying the guy who you have an interest in them. Teasing has greater to do with a perceived promise of intercourse. occasion: Giving a guy a particular look from around the room, touching his arm for the time of a talk vs licking his ear and shoving your cleavage in his face.
