Video question...?

I have a Toshiba laptop and it has an inbuilt webcam. I want to learn how to make videos on this and for whatever reason I dont see any instructions on how to do it. I would really appreciate any help on this......thanks

You need a 3rd party video software, Download.com has lot of those. If everything goes well, the technical OEM name of that i-built webcam would show on the list of capture device.
