is the bun supposed to be toasted? One I had to day was hard and crusty?

I work at McD's The bun is put into a steamer for 15 seconds. If u had a hard and crusty sandwich I would go back and throw it at them.

I've never had a toasted bun. Fish Fillet is the only thing I eat at Macdonalds. I'll remember to ask for a lightly toasted bun my next trip. Thx for the reminder!

I love fish fillets and the little bit of sauce they put on it. Anyway, the ones i have had aint been toasted so i think you got a dodgy bun.

maybe it wasn't the bun that was hard and crusty. could be the McFilet was old. and is it really made of fish ?

LMAO....your bun was OLD!! I got a cheeseburger one time for my son and it had blue ink on it. I called the general office here where I live..they offered us free food and everything to get us calmed down. Needless to say....I don't eat there very often. You should call and complain. Tell then you werent able to eat it and you would like your money back!!!

NO!!!! The bun is supposed to be microwaved so that is it warm and soft.
