Correct IUPAC names?!?!?

Which of these are correct IUPAC names:

3-isopropyloctane
3-ethyl-2-methyl-3-propylpentane
3-ethyl-2-methyloctane
2,2-dimethyl-4-pentanol
N-ethyl-2-pentanamine
methyl ethyl ether
2-isopropoxybutane
2-sec-butoxyisopropane
4-hexylcyclobutane
3,3,4-trichloro-2-hexanol

but isn't 4-isopropyloctane an IUPAC name? does having "iso" necessarily mean that its not IUPAC?

The ones with "iso" in are not IUPAC, nor methyl ethyl ether.
