I too hope she is still alive. I think The Portuguese police are making a mockery of the investigation and are clutching at straws trying to accuse the parents of being involved in her disappearance in some way and in a way brushing the case under the carpet without ever solving it.

Perhaps I've missed it but from what I've read the forensic evidence is not specifically said to be blood. The article I read said the lab in the U.K. denied it was blood.
Couldn't it be that by Kate carrying around Cuddle Cat (which would have a lot of Madeleine's DNA on it) it would surely make sense the DNA could show up in their rental car, Kate's clothing etc.
I do believe if Madeleine was abducted it seems likely to have been by a paedophile, in which case I doubt she is still alive. Maybe that would be better than thinking she is still being held by a ring of child abusers!?
Would be wonderful if she turns up alive and well, but it just seems like too much to hope for. Definately agree with you about the newspapers.

We can hope and we can pray all we want, but the odds are not in her favor. If anyone abducted this child, they did not do so because they wanted a little blonde-haired daughter to raise with tenderness and affection. Now, there seems to be some evidence incriminating the parents, the mother, specifically. However, that sounds like overreaction by the media, more than anything. Just have to wait and see on that. Either way, the odds of that little girl being alive is slim to none.

definite, regrettably, and according to hazard this sounds undesirable, yet perhaps it could be extra efficient off if she turns up lifeless, using fact the seen what has substitute into of her is great. yet I even have concept from the beginning up, the mothers and fathers had some thing to do along with her loss of life. And what fool they made up of J ok Rowling and something. and the very least they're responsible of latest child forget. The McCann's seam very rattled by the reality the police have DNA information, and are not being instructed something. The police have stated that the McCann's are nevertheless no longer suspects on the 2nd, however the police are not going to choose for to spook them, and desire that they are going to make a mistake and reason them to her grave.

How can l explain this to you?Perhaps the fact that the Police involved with the case have stated that Kate McCann accidentally killed the child might just have something to do with me thinking the poor child is dead.

The thing is, she hasn't been seen in a long time. She has been long. It would be nice is she was alive, it really would. But the grim reality is that she may have died.
It does not mean that I want her to die. I can just accept it 'cos I do not know her, or her family. So it is easier for me to say it than their family or anybody in proximity to the family.
I think the look is continuing die to diplomatic pressure, and from the media, also.

But you don't have proof she is alive neither. And in the las couple of days the portugese police found traces of Maddie's blood was found in a car hired by the McCanns 25 days after she dissappeared.

That she was killed on the day/night she went missing is the official line of enquiry now being followed by the Portuguese police, that's why.
Oh, and the dna evidence apparently points in that direction too.
