Myself. Through self-doubt and negative thoughts, I sabotage myself quite a bit due to fear of failure or fear of trying new things....I'm working on that, though...it's definitely a work in progress! I think I am still, in some way, trying to figure out just what makes me happy!

Well I don't really have an enemy of my happiness. However, the biggest enemy of women’s happiness in general is Jealously!!!

Apathy.
The anti-thesis to enthusiasm and happiness isn't anger, it's apathy.
Anger involves passion and implies the will to succeed or correct a wrong that exists.
Apathy is a numbing disease. It stops us from pushing to succeed or feel anything at all.
Happiness is earned through small victories and really SEEING joy all around you. Seek and you shall find. It really is true.
