He just turned 19 a week ago.
I want to hear what you think.
Thanks.

We only kiss, hold hands and cuddle. He told me that he isn't going to touch me until I am ready, which won't be for a while.
By the way, I am told that I look and act like I am at least 17. He is in his second year of college and is best friends and room mates with my cousin. That's how we know each other.

To hell with those "illegal" things! If you love him,and he loves you it won't be any problem.
The only things that he has to understand is that you need some much more time to get to "action".
You are to young for this.
But remember is not the age which matters ;)

That's a jail sentence waiting to happen. At 19 HE is an adult, at 15 SHE is sitll a child (according to the LAW) and a relationship between adults and children other than parental and offspring or family members is against the law. If sex is involved it is statutory rape, if no sex involved it is aiding in the delinquency of a minor and if the parents know about it but condone it they can also be charged with neglect.
What I think, I am wondering WHY a 19 year old man needs to involved with a 15 year old child. What is the problem that keeps him from having relationships with peers of his own age group?

It depends on how they both act. Generally, I would think that since their both so young, it's too much of an age difference. To me, it would be different if they were 20 and 24 because at that age, usually you make smart decisions. I'm not saying always, but just usually. Assuming one of them is your child, ask yourself this. Do you trust your child to make the right decision around someone with such a different age? If one of them is you, then girl (or boy) you better be careful! A 14 year old is definitely not ready to do some of the things a 19 year old is ready to do. Keep that in mind.

If a 14/15 year girl old dates a 19 year old man (he's not a boy at 19, by ANY definition, legal or otherwise) she is endangering HIS freedom. He could be put in jail for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. And her parents could put him there. rofl, I dated an older man in my teens, *much* older.... and my daddy would follow that guy around and just *look* at him. No surprise, the boyfriend never touched me till I was fully of legal age. Smart man. Daddy was just waiting for his chance...

No no no. Absolutely not appropriate ever. He is too old for you and at that age boys like that only want sex because (and this is true) their testosterone levels are through the roof. Find someone your own age you'll be better suited to one another. Also in some states your relationship could be considered illegal.

Any 19 year old has NO BUSINESS with a 14 year old.
It is an unequal relationship and the 19 year old is actually committing a crime if sex is involved.
The 14 year old (assumedly you) has self esteem issues, And the 19 year old is taken advantage of (you) Her. He is also one step away from being a pedophile
Good Luck

JAIL BAIT. Not a good option for him, and way too old for you. It's kind of creepy that a nineteen year old guy hits on a young girl, still in high school. He should go out with someone his own age and so should you. Later, the age difference doesn't matter.

Yuck, what is wrong with that boy? How come 14 year olds are never suspicious of why a boy that age is not interested or accepted in his own age group? Why does he search for girlfriends so much younger?

In the eyes of the law it's illegal. 9 times out of 10, guys that age are only after one thing. Wait a few more years and in the meantime spend your time focusing on school and hanging out with your friends.

somthing is wrong with age gap.
why would a man 19 want to mess with young
14 year old,and sex is what he wants.She cain't
give her permsion for sex.and if he just trys to
inter her.it's stachatory rape, with a girl under age.
The parents hasto protect the child.if she becomes pregnate, the parents cain't give consent
because of state laws
any man that preys on young children, should be
sent to prison,His life is worthless in prision.
Not even t he worse murder, will condone child
rape.
I woulden't give a nickle for his life.
