That's so hard to answer because there are some great ones! Shawshank Redemption, Misery, Carrie, (original) The Stand, but overall I'd have to say the Shining. But I read his books so I can't help but judge the movies against the books or stories.

I have 2: Firestarter & Carrie (the original), closely followed by The Stand. I didn't really like IT, and I never saw the Green Mile.

Rose Red is my favorite but The Stand comes in a close second. My hubby and I have a game where we try and find Stephen King in the movies. Some are easy and some arent but it does make you pay close attention.
