Short periods and pain?

I have been having these weird symptoms and all negative preg tests. What else could this be?
Symptoms:
-Period lasts 3 days, starts out regular, than just spotting
-I have some cramping
-Painful sex
Has anyone else had these symptoms?

O I also have this symptom
-Tingling breasts, sometimes hurt

Could be related to a hormone imbalance going on. The only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated further by your doctor to see what they think is going on.
